whats the rms i could push with a stock battery and a 200a alt???? i need a new alt anyways but i really dont wanna spend more $$$ on a battery...... also i dont really know much about the small specs of an amp so if someone could give me some info id appreciate it!! thanks

If your running a class D at full power? about 2300 watts.

I wouldn't go that high with it. Probably more like 1500 watts class D at the most. You'll want headroom for an amp for the highs and you don't want to damage your stock battery.
