i dont want to drill holes for terminals in my box. what can i use instead. i want to just drill a hole and run the wire through but i dont want to seal it because then it will be perminate. what should i do? |

and is it ok to put 16 gauge wire from the amp to the subs. what is the max that you should go with that?? |

how much power are you running? 16 should be fine, I reccomend 12 as a all around good wire for speaker connections but you should be able to get away with 16 if the run is short and you are not using thousands of watts. |

id get bigger wire philip refer to www.the12volt.com for wiring sizes.
and for bolts marshall just uses regular ones from homedepot so steel but copper or gold plated would probly be a little better.
easyer to just run the wires threw the box and seal up the hole |
