Ive noticed that theres only a + and - at the top. Using the power and ground into thoes 2 areas on the cap is there another set of * - at the bottom that are "outputs" so to speak or do i have to stick 2 sets of power wires into that one slot one in and another one in the same + to the amp.

The Cap's only have 1 input source, and that is at the top of if. Feel free to run as many power lines from it as you want. I would always suggest making a different ground source for seperate units/amps/caps.

use a distribotion block, or get some ring terminals. You can get copper ring terminals at a battery parts area. They will take to up a 4 awg wire.

And Nuck, Whats your budget?
