ok i just got a Pioneer AVIC-N2 today and the guy said it don't have the brain....and i was just wandering if the CD player and the DVD will work without the Brain?? cuz i don't wanna hook it up and it not work  PLUS the guy said the guy that had it befor said some thing about the powers suply and i was wandering if that would make it not work either? |

no the avic-n2 has to have the brain, or it won't even power up. |
