"Kole" is another in a long line of knock-off "similar name" companies trying to confuse people.
KOVE Audio is a high end company. Kole is shady, like "Rockwood" or "DHD"
I'd save up and spend a bit more to get some reliable stuff, if it were me.

people seem to have mixed opinions about MA.
some love em, some don't like em at all.
I find MA to be on par with Audiobahn.
flashy chrome, not huge on performance.
My advice is listen to a set. If you like them, then buy them.
In the end, it's your ears that should be happy.
