Hey guys, new here. Just wondering what I should do about my sub combo. I'm looking to get a single JL 10W7 or 12W7 sub because I need the room in my car. What amp (either 500/1 or 1000/1) do you guys recommend for either sub? I was looking at the 10W7 more because the box would be smaller but I wasn't sure if I should get the 500/1 or the 1000/1? |

500/1 is great for it. 1000/1 is to much for a 10w7 |

yup. go with the 500/1 for a single 10 or 12 W7. the 1000/1 is better suited to a 13W7

Does anyone know where I could get a used JL Audio 500/1 amp preferably in Canada? Is there a for sale section on this board I can't seen to find one? - Mike |

Checked there. can't find any sellers from Canada. How much would the border/duty fees be on something like a 500/1? What do you guys think? |

Most of the people that sell them are individuals, the best thing to do is call or e-mail them and ask them. |
