Amp for a 12inch brahma need 500rms to 700rms. The sub is a DVC 2ohm. I'm looking for SQ. price doesn't really matter. looking for many suggestions from many people so keep posting, and i'll keep reading. Right now i'm looking at a Alpine 500/1

You sure you're talking about the Brahma? It handles 1600W RMS. You may be talking about the Shiva, it's 650, DVC 8 ohms, 500-700rms amps, though, Try these, Jl Audio 500/1(closer to 600W or more RMS) JBL 600.1-600W in a 2ohm or 1 ohm load JBL 1200.1-1200W in a 2 or 1 ohm load, 600 in a 4 ohm

I have recently bought 2 vibe space 12" subs that are both 600 watts rms each and together 1200 watts rms. Could any one suggest what amp I should consider using with these subs. Also what power rating amps I should be looking at. Price isn't a factor |

Well the 1600rms is thermal, and brahma said if you use more than 1000rms then the warrenty is no good. That sub can be pushed to its full excusion with only 400 rms. Biggie a good amp for you would be a kicker 1200.1 or a jl bp 1200/1 |
