Hi guys! Can you please tell me which speakers for the rear fills would provide better bass inside my Sentra car. A pair of 6X9 3-way coaxials or a pair of 6.5" midbass speakers? Thanks. |

6.5 would sound better but 6x9 will have more "bass" to them. |

Thanks guys. I thought just because a 6.5" midbass is a "midbass" speaker, it would produce more bass sound. Now I'm convinced that 6X9s are really what I need as rear fills to provide me with fair level of bass. I am replacing the old Clarion stock rear fills with better speakes to compliment my 6.5" Infinity coax at the front doors. I don't yet intend to put a subwoofer and an amp. The front and rear speakers would be powered by the HU (Pioneer DEH4850) with 22X4W RMS. |

Yeah there's no bass like the ones coming from amplified subs.. But for now, a fair level of bass from 6X9's would suffice. I just hope I can buy a decent pair with acceptable midbass for $100 to $150. |
