when connecting two amps should i run two seperate power wires or can i just splice one power wire and connect it to my second amp . also the same question with my ground.

Since you should be fusing them near the car battery, you should run two power leads. This has the added benefit of having at least part of your stereo working when you pop a fuse. Same for the ground since the return current from two amps can be quite high.
