when you are running components, the crossover network filters out the mids and the highs to the midbass woofer then the tweeter, but what setting does your amp have to be on???? HP LP or Full????

YOUR AMP NEEDS TO BE IN FULL RANGE MODE. THE HPF AND LPF ARE CROSSOVERS WHICH AREN'T NEEDED SINCE YOU HAVE A COMPONENT SET. YOU CAN USE THE HPF IS IT IS ABLE TO HP AT 60 TO 80HZ TO PROTECT YOUR MID DRIVER FROM PLAYING TO LOW OF FREQUENCIES AND POSSIBLY HURTING THE DRIVERS.
