So i have the 4 JBL GTO220 speakers (4Ohms) in the sails and the doors. I dont really want to splurge on a amp for them if i dont have to as they are only 50watts rms max.

So i like infinity and they have a 2 channel 95rms each channel (148rms at 2 ohms) amp that would work good.

What if i were to run them in parallel to the amp. So both left speakers would be connected to the left channel and both right speakers to the right channel. The amp would end up with a 2Ohm load on both and thus divide the power up between them. Would this cause any for see able problems or would this work out just fine? all the speakers have their own crossovers.

Thanks!

that will be fine but say if its front and rear speakers you won't have any fader control from front to back.
