I have the Jensen unit decribed and my trouble is with my IPOD. The unit will connect to the head unit, sync up as far as controls go, but when playing a song no sound will come from the stereo. I have tried a two different ipods and have had the same results. I tried reseting the media module with no luck. Please advise! Do I have a deffective unit? Everything works but the sound. |

My display VM9411 had a similar problem, we swapped the media box and it worked. |

There is a software update from Jensen..They know about this problem and with XM as well but wont post the fixes anywhere.Contact the company and complain..All of the 06 units are this way I hear.. |
