What is the best brand\recommended equalizers? Im looking for a 4V-8V output with 3sets of rca channel inputs, is it ok to run subs and components threw the same eq. or do i need 2 for that, would i set my HU to FLAT instead of my user settings for the eq. on it?

Audiocontrol makes good stand along EQs. Yes it's fine. Yes you would use the EQ instead.
