to power interior speakers. ie under pass seat or in the trunk? i'm not talkin about any speakers in particular. but does it make a difference if so why?

im not an expert but i think the only thing that could make a difference where you place it is three things...1 being heat. you dont wanna mount it somewhere where it has a better chance of overheating. 2 being length of wire, power wire and speaker wire. 3 being the obvious you dont want to mount it where it will be easily damaged or moved around

Awesome post, Chance. I completely agree. To expand a bit, though...

1. You don't want your amp shutting off from high temps and overall degrading the lifespan of the amp. If it's unavoidable get external fans.

2. Not enough wire=you can't put it there haha.

3. Definitely don't want it being moved around and end up looking like my old Art:
