Hi im new to the car audio world and just had some few questions. i noticed that some amps have different channels, and didnt know exactly how everything works. so far i bought 2 infinity subs and two ground shaker boxes for them. my friend mentioned i should get a class d memphis 500 amp, but i noticed that its only one channel. does one channel mean only powering one sub, or one thing such as subs, speakers, ect. Also are there any better amps with more power for better money than the memphis? |

It can power more than one sub/speaker. Mono basically means one side sort of. You can't use balance and whatnot on them. So yea one thing such as subs. Typically a mono amp is only used on subwoofers. |
