Hey, I need some help, i need to know wat sort of an amp i would need to buy if i wanted to put a Sony Xplode 1000 watt 12 inch sub in my car plus 170 watt 6 inch speakers using a 200 watt Kenwood cd player. I dont really know much about this sort of stuff so any advice would be good, like how many chanels and stuff like that. Thanks heaps |

you need to post the rms of the subs/speakers, and budget. and why a sony sub, you didn't buy it already did you? |

The speakers are 170W (40w rms) and i dont really know what the sub rms is Watts MAX. Music Power 1000 Watts Watts Nominal Power Handling 400 Watts I found that if it means anything No i havent brought them yet but i am thinkin of buyin em cause they are cheap. The cheapest possible option for the amp would be good, i dont know the prices of em. so yer. Thanks |

how much you want to spend on subs/amp? i'd highly recommend you not buying sony, their cheap cause they suck. |
