LONG STORY SHORT: I bought a new remote and can't figure out how to program it (I don't understand the instructions on the package). I have a 99 Grand Caravan Sport with a Viper Alarm in it (the alarm was installed when I bought it so I can't find the darn brain unit in my vehicle so I don't know the model / serial number of the alarm itself). I have one working remote - here's the info on the back of it:

1-800-274-0200
266 Rolling Codes
FCC ID # EZSDEI475

The front has 4 buttons (LOCK / UNLOCK / SILENT MODE / PANIC) & green LED (see attached photo). It is square with the keychain loop in the lower left corner.

All I want to do is program my new one to do the same thing on all 4 buttons my old one does.
