Hello all,

I just got this problem tonight.

I have an Ford Explorer 1999 with a factory installed alarm. It also what I believe is called a "Clifford Inmobilizer". It is a little pointed key that I have to put into a little box under the dash everytime before I turn the inginition off.

Well, it has been working fine for years except that today for no reason at all, it stopped working and my car will not start. NO ALARM, no nothing..

I try and try to put the key in but the red LED will not turn off and my car will not turn on.

It is not a full clifford system, its just like a started kill, simple key that I put in before I start, that's all.

Any suggestions??

Thank you for your help
