Hi, I have an Alpine type-r 12inch subwoofer, with an amp mrd650 and 9855 head unit(the one with the glide touch) ...

I want to know what's the best setting for the parametric eq and crossover to enjoy my sound system at max...

It varies so widely that it's impossible to tell you what the best setting is because of speaker placement, car acoustics etc.

Switch to the graphic-eq. It's 7-band vs. the parametric's 5-band and it's just easier to understand. If you just want to get the sub to max, hit the rotary knob, till you get to the subwoofer page, and turn it to 15.
