Hey all, I would like your opinions on the following headunits, and which one would be best. My choices are:
Pioneer DEH-P780MP
Clarion DXZ765MP
Eclipse CD8445
I would like something with good SQ, and since all three have 24-bit DACs, I figure they must all sound good. Plus, they are all within the same price range. However, I am interested in getting XM Satellite Radio, and the Eclipse does not support XM, only Sirius. Opinions, anyone? |

Eclipse units are nice and they perform, but i'm always hearing about how people hate the menu system. so you might wanna try it out before you decide on an Eclipse HU.
I've never been a Clarion fan, so thats all i'm gonna say about that one.
Pioneer units are nice, reliable, easy to use and sound great. i've got the 880PRS and love it. they will also support the XM Radio you want. |

yes go clarion or pioneer but remember both has burr brown so it would really wont make a difference when it comes to sq and thats the truth but if you also need time align and dsp 16 band then pioneer is the choice but id really go for 765mp clarion for some reason |
