Hi, i installed a viper 791 system in my car, acura TL. everything works fine except the remote start, it will crank, fire up and then it shuts off. I've gotten a transponder bypass and the stock alarm does shut off when the remote start begins. What could be wrong? Thank you

Try putting the key in the ignition and starting the car with the remote starter. If it starts with the remote then this will tell you if the problem is with your bypass. They can be a pain wrapping the wire around the ignition sometimes.

I had a similar problem on my Chevy Silverado. The power is being cut to the fuel pump and the spark plugs, try and find a manual on it. That's what I did and it explains why that happens. It happens to prevent unauthorized starts.
