I have a 2001 Nissan Altima with a separate 6 disc CD changer. There is no brand on it, I believe it is a standard procuct. I'm not sure because I bought the car used.

I put a CD in, and it will not start. All it does is spin for 30 seconds and stop. You can't eject the CD with the button. The CD may have some marks or dust on it.

Any thoughts on how to remove it?
