My Kenwood KDC-519 will not eject CDs. I heard that there is a part that wears out in the CD mechanism. I bought the repair manual, but it does not have anything about the CD mechanism. Does anyone know anything about what is wrong or where I can find the repair manual for the CD mechanism?

Probably a gear that has worn out, maybe the rollers. If you don't hear it whirring at all, then I would guess it's the motor or a bad IC. Sometimes it's easier and not too expensive to just buy the whole CD mech rather than diagnose all of the intricate parts.
