Hi, I have a Pioneer 880 premier HU and a JL 500/1 amp... I am having
some trouble setting it up right and was wondering if you could help
me out...

I have a decent LPF on both my amp and HU... But which one should I
use? Or should I use both? When I have the Amps turned off and the
HU's to 200Hz I can hear voices coming out of my sub...

What Hz should I set the LPF to? Also which one should I use... My
decks (rear fill)are set to a HPF of 63 Hz, My doors are at 50Hz...

Thanks for your advice guys...

Should use the LPF on the Amp.
LPF frequency settings on the amp is depended on what's kind of the sub and enclosure that you have.

Set the LPF on the amp to no more than 125Hz at the maximum. From there play around with it between 80-125 and see what sounds best. That will also allow you to pull your interior speakers up closer to 80 with a nice gentle rolloff (12dB/Octave or less)
