I have this Ford Taures 2000 with original caste.plyr. Thinking abt changing it...how hard is that?
Im planing to buy a CD/Mp3 plyr and then what kind of socket i would need?
Are there any wirings to do too?
please help..

you'll just have to get the old one out, pop in the trim piece, mounting sleeve and hook the new radio wireing harness up to your existing harness.

The best you can do is to take your car to a shop, but if you want to do it yourself, is not that difficult.

First take the old radio out (need special Ford keys), then transfer the AC plugs to the new kit.

And finnaly you have to run the speaker cables and antenna extension to the factory amp which is located on the left side of the trunk.

Try to get a full kit with cables and everything.
