Got a new Alpine CDA-9855 ready to install but am unsure on the crossover settings. I understand the concept of crossovers, but the thing that confuses me is that the headunit and amp both have crossover settings... so how do I set this all up? My system includes:

Alpine CDA-9855 HU (to replace my old Alpine HU)
Alpine MRV-F405 Amp
Alpine front component speakers (SPR-175A)
Alpine rear speakers (6x9 3 way speakers)
Alpine 10inch Sub

Now, the current setup has the amp driving the front component speakers and the sub. The HU drives the rear speakers which I really just use as fillers. How can I setup the crossovers on the amp and HU to maintain this setup. The crossovers on the amp are already set. Not sure about how I should setup the HU crossovers without interfering with the amp crossovers.

Cheers
