anybody knows how to bypass the parking brake of the pioneer avic-n3? i've read from previous posts to ground the wire for the parking brake from the HU - will this still work? |

what about what another posting said about soldering together the solders on the chip? does this unit have mercury inside the board? |

i have heard it is not exactly the same, and in any case that normally is done if you care about no warranties. it will void any warranty. |

All you have to do is peel back the silver sticker on the underside of the unit. It will say VOID after it is peeled off, then slide the black switch to the opposite position and ground the brake wire. After that your good to go. The navi and video will work on the fly. |
