from what iv heard jvc isnt that great pioneer and alpine are supposed to be really good same with clarion |

I have a friend that has a jvc hu and he loves it. me on the outher hand like alpine, kenwood, audiobahun head units |

In terms of features, that's a great deck but JVC has always had reliability issues with their car audio products. The display features and 4V preamp voltage is great, but JVC tends to draw people in with all the features and then leave them stranded in terms of quality. I've always run a Pioneer deck and have the DEH-p5800MP right now, but people love Alpine. |
