First off I need to know if a BOSS PD-4000 can power 3 12' r-types. Also I need some 6x9 that kick/quality, and I also need some quality tweeters. What should I get?

If I get a cheaper mono amp for my tweeters and speakers will that make the quality better and will they hit harder? And what would be the best setup for my subs and amp to get maxmium quality and bass/bang?
