I plan on buying 2 set Diamond Audio D661. I believe they are rate at 100 rms. Which amp will work best for them.
1. 300\4
2 400\4
Should i be looking at some other amps or comp?

y not also go with diamond amps like the D3400.2
their amps r said 2 be quite good ..... |

I just found one on ebay for 145 bucks not bad. Rovin on my new setup i plan on running all JL. I have 3 15w6 and they are going to be push with a 1000\1 or 3 500\1. Please advice |

those subs r 500wrms each right !? - so ya i would most def d0 3 500/1 . U can buy em used from that guy on this ame amp section
I completely missed that u said 2 pairs & some crazy reason i was thinking 1 pair above .
ok i must ask - y 2 sets of comps , r u gonna put both sets in ur front doors ? . I hope ur NOT gonna put 1 set in front & 1 set in the back dash cause that wil completely mess up sound staging which will seriously lessen SQ .
U should instead if u wanna use that 300/4 ,buy a good 150wrm pair of 6.5" like ID , CDT , MB etc ....

Thank you Rovin. They are 400rms 6ohms i plan on connecting them in 4 ohms. They are going into a 06 avalanche. I had plan on running one pair on the front and other on the back? what do you think please advice? |
