I need help/advice on choosing an amp to power 3 infinity 1230w's. They're each 300 watt rms so 900 total; which means i'll need at least a 1000 watt mono amp but anything from 1000- 1500 will be good so i can have some headroom with the gains set low. My budget is running kind of low so i'll be spending up to $280 maybe $300. Thanks in advance
PS: Some of the amps I have in mind are the hifonics brutus bx1205, mb quart raa1000, and the MA AUDIO HK2000D... If you need links just ask. |

Do you think the mbquart will put out more CLEANER watts and run better for the buck? Also are there any other choices of 1000 - 1200 watt amps in $200 - $275 range. |

i dont think an amp can put out CLEANER watts then other amps, just actual wattage. that mb quart would put out the actual wattage it says, maybe a lil more. for that range i cant think of anything better right now.. |

alright thanks for your input... what GOOD amps can you think of without a budget because right now I dont know what my budget is going to be. |
