go buy a haynes or chilton manual for your car. i have one for my 97 2 door neon, and it helped a million times over. told me exactly how to get the back seat off and how to get to the 6x9s in the back.

any auto parts store.

back seats should just be held in by 2 bolts on each side. are they in pod type deals, or covered flat by the rear deck??

the bottom part of the seats in my 2 door neon was just held on by snap things. and once you got the bottom part of the seat off, the two bolts were revealed. all i had to do was take out the two bolts and then pull the back part of the seat off. hope this helps. and yeah, any auto store. i got mine at autozone for like 10-12 bucks.
