i own this model
http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=15348

its rated @ 4ohms if i'm not mistaken
& my alpine amp is rated @
RMS Power (at 12V,20Hz-200Hz)
* Bridged 4 ohms : 300W x 1 (Ch-3/4)
* Per channel into 2 ohms : 150W x 2 (Ch-3/4)
* Per channel into 4 ohms : 100W x 4

RMS Power (at 14.4V,20Hz-200Hz)
* Bridged 4 ohms : 125W x 1 (Ch-3/4), 500W x 1 (Ch-3/4)
* Per channel into 2 ohms : 250W x 2 (Ch-3/4)

so it powers them sufficiently
Honestly these comps play all the highs/mids good but bass could be better , then again thats what subs r 4 . Good budget buy but ppl say those (& i must state that i never used any) Mb quart , JL, Boston Acoustics & Diamond comps r all pretty good too .....
