i have a pyle pla2280. ive only used it a few times in the last 6 months and i decided that i was gonna pawn it. so i went to hook it up in may car and when i turned it on the subs just started pounding and they wouldnt stop even if i turn the volume down to 0.....so then i hooked it up to differnt subs to see if it acted any differnt, but it didnt. does anyone know whats wrong with that amp? |

i had an old optimus that did that. i took it apart and some wire was burnt inside.. could be your problem
