i just bought an alpine mrd-m1005. but i realized its not gonna be enough power for my kickerCVR's. what do you think would happen if i run it at 1ohm? |

i wouldn't try it, alpine amps aren't that great IMO. |

well heres the deal!! i have 2 kickerCVR's (dual 4ohm). i need 800rms total. my alpine says it will give 700@14.4 volts @4ohms. when i turn on the amp it reads anywhere from 14.2 to 14.6 volts. so runnin with that voltage, i should get the full 700w RIGHT??? and with that being 350rms to each sub, it should pound pretty hard right?? |

you should be fine with that amp, and do not run it below 2ohms.. |
