IMO?

well heres the deal!! i have 2 kickerCVR's (dual 4ohm). i need 800rms total. my alpine says it will give 700@14.4 volts @4ohms. when i turn on the amp it reads anywhere from 14.2 to 14.6 volts. so runnin with that voltage, i should get the full 700w RIGHT??? and with that being 350rms to each sub, it should pound pretty hard right??

you should be fine with that amp, and do not run it below 2ohms..
