I'm looking at a set of iridium 6.2's, and notice the tweeter is kinda funny looking. Do they have to be flush mounted? |

From the pictures I've seen, they have a heaps wide base and don't look like they'd suit themselves to surface mounting. I've never seen them in real life but, I could be wrong  |

They come with a pedestal for a surface mount. Not common, but gives you a lot of flexibility when aiming the tweets. |
