I have an Audiobahn Immortal 12" with quad 2 ohm voice coils. I want to know if I can put two amps on it. I don't quite understand the meaning or purpose of phases either.

yes run 2 1ohm or 2 2channels bridged at 4 ohms , i would just run a powerfull amp thaat is stable at 2ohms.

That sub is 2000w rms, to push that on 2 ohms would call for an ungodly sized amp with a similar price tag.

While bridging 2 amps, what do i need to know? Anything about phases? How to have my level and other knobs set?
