ok, my amp to my mids blew 2 weeks ago, got the replacement (different type, same brand) today, hooked it up and i have buzzing in my speakers. also when i turn the volume to 0 it makes a popping sound thru the speakers....also the engine puts feedback on speakers now, I'm a tad confused and was thinking that maybe my ground needs to be better? but i dunno, please help!!

i'd say it sounds like a grounding issue or how you have the wires run. RCA's and power leads on opposite sides. check the grounds. possibly change the RCA's to some better ones...

Hrm, i'll mess with the rca's they cross over the Power cable close to the amp, i'll see what happens. btw, is there a way to improve grounding on my car?
