Hi,
Im looking for a new amp because my current 5Ch SoundStream is putting its sub channel into protection every now and then. I dont need anything really powerful. Probably 40-50w x 4 @ 4ohm. and 100-200 @ 4ohm for the sub. I'm running 4 MBQuart Coaxials and a 10in sealed sub. What would you guys recommend? |

you can get an Alpine MRX-F450 5channel amp on ebay for about $275 which is pretty good or the Kicker KX700.5 for about the same price |

yeah kx700.5 or kx550.3 (run front channels at 2 ohm)
both excellent amps |

If money is not an issue, JL Audio 500/5. It's prob. the best 5 channel out there, gonna cost about 750-800 though. |
