can anywone know haw to boost the range of my viper 5000 because if I give a command my car will do but the pager doesn't receive back the signal for confirmation

If you give the command, like to say, remote start, and it remote starts. But your 2 way system doesn't let you know. Then it could be a few things. Either the two-way transponder system has faulted out. The remote could be bad. One of the wire in your antenna could have shorted. Or maybe the brain isn't sending a signal. I would try to get a new remote and try that first.

i have a big problem!
i have a viper alarm on a ford transit.
and i think so because my remote says so.
fcc id:ezsdei 474v; rpn 473v.
sometimes my alarm deactivates silenly
by ITSSEFL! and today insead of two beeps
on the deactivation it gave my like 4 or 5.
can i fix those problems?
how do i eve fiind out my alarm series?

i have a big problem i sent my remote through the wash so i can not deactivate my alarm i used to be able to bypass this now i cannot figure it out and i need to program a phython remote to it ....any suggestions?
