ok are the rca outputs on the back of my pioneer p4700mp fried because my subs play on note constantly and I know its no my sub's, my amp, or my rca's that are causing it so it must be my HU right because I checked the rest of the wiring

what do you mean? my amp comes on and my subs play but just one tone costatly and i checked my wires for shorts and the hu is the only thing left I can think off because its not the rca's, ground, power,or speaker wires so what else is left and its not he amp because I hooked up another amp I had.
