I have a CDX-M850MP, the face plate of the player does not respond to anything, it does not retract all the buttons on the face plate are dead, the system responds only with the remote, the CD wont eject with the ejection button, it only ejects the CD if I press the reset button. Please Help. how can i fix this problem???? |

i suggest you contact the supplier you purchased it from and hopefully the warranty is still active. It is possible that it may be a recall problem with your unit and you will be entitled to new one.
