Just had the viper 791xv installed in my 98 mustang gt. The only reason i had this alarm put in is for the sensors. When someone is standing by the car it shows/does nothing and the shock sensor isnt working. The crappy place isnt open till monday but im hoping i can get it working and not have to waste gas and take a trip back there. Any suggestions?

did u buy a proxsimity sensor or motion detector with the unit?b/c if u didnt then thats why it doesnt go off when standing beside the car. the shock sensor only works if your giving it a slight hit on the boddy and if its set up right
