hey i grounded my jensen vm9410 parking brake wire to a screw on some compartment in my car but it still wont play dvds while even sitting. it ays to engage the e brake. where is the proper place to set up that wire so i can at least watch the damn thing. and i have no idea what that switch is people talk about or where to get it. i need some advicd that can actually help me. thanks!!

try ground to the same place as the radio. you need no switch for that unit. it sounds like it is not seeing the ground.
