I have an old Alpine 5950 12 disc CD changer that will not function. I know there is a wake up code for it, but I do not know how to do it, exactly. While trying it out on the bench, I manipulated the remote to I belive 'PR 10001' then held the play key while I inserted the remote to power the head unit. It came up with the word Code, and would let me put in a four digit code.

I do not know what the code is...and am not sure if I remember the settings on the remote. does anyone know the service code, or how to reset it? Are the remote settings corrrect?
