Ok i blew my amp a while back and got help here to finally determine i did blow it. ok now i go the guy to replace the amp. he gave me a sinle channel mono block. so i hooked everything up. i twisted my 2 subs speaker wire together and stuck them in. ok i powered up my car and the subs and everything work its just there not as loud as before no where near as loud. now i want to know what just might be the problem this time. i did make sure the same wires were in the same place.

Sorry to say, that amp and those subs are really not compatable, you need a 1ohm mono amp, not a 2 ohm. if those subs are wired to a 1ohm load, your prob going to burn that amp up. the onlu way that would work is to run it at a 4ohm load and then you may only be seeing 150w to each sub.
