I am the second owner of a 91 Dodge Stealth. The car has two alarms. One is a stock alarm that is mounted to the engine and you need a key to turn it on and off. The other is a stock alarm that has a remote and a keyless entry fuction. Because of some major construction next door shaking my house and car like mini earthquakes, my alarm went off. Now I am not able to turn the alarm off with the remote or key. I had to unplug the battery. Any suggestions? And, is this going to be expensive to repair or replace?

Sorry I meant to say the other alarm is an aftermarket one.
