I have 4 channel Infinity 7541 amp, which gives 136 RMS@2Ohm on each channel. And I have 4 infinity speakers 6x8 100RMS@2Ohm. I set the power to minimum on an amp, because whenever I add more power the speakers will give cracking sound on high volume. But then at minimum power I have a feeling that speakers are not very loud. In fact my stock minivan's system sounds much louder (I'm not talking about sound quality, cause SQ in infinity much more impressive). So is that supposed to be like that? Any ideas? |

are you running a stock head unit? that is a 2 chan amp so you ran the 4 speakers to a 2ohm load on each channel? |

HU is Alpine 9855. And amp is 4 channel. One thing I noticed also is that volume on 20 and 35 doesn't differ much (35 being max). |
