I have a RF p4004(60amp fuses) and a RF T20001BD(250amp fuse)what electical upgrades do i need,what size alternater do i need I already have a optima redtop battery?

You'll need at least 200A HO alternator along with "Big 3" upgrades under the hood.
Redtop battery won't do any good with that kind of current draw.

Alternator to battery, neg to ground, engine to chassis.

those are the three major current carrying grounds. There is a ground - somewhere - for every electrical circuit in your car. Some probably share grounds, but in my car, for example there are 20+ identifiable grounding points - most of which are very low current circuits using 16-18ga wire.

1)upgrade wire from alternater to battery?
2)upgrade wire from motor to frame?
3)upgrade wire from negative batt. terminal to grounding point?
