im going to be running an A800T to 2 kicker cvr 12's @ 800rmsx1@2ohms, and a pioneer gm 2 channel amp 65rmsx2@4ohms for my rear speakers, so with those two amps plus a head unit running another set of speakers how big of an alternator upgrade should i get, its for a 1987 s10, and roughly how much would it cost? thanks in advance (if neone knows of somewhere around Niagara Falls Ont to get one plz let me know)

it would help to know for sure what size your current alt is. If it's the chevy standard 105A it should be plenty to run that system. The smallest size I could find as a replacement part for that truck is 85A, which may still be enough.
